House Warming - 10.09.05

Saturday night we decided it was time Christen our new apartment (and bar) and invited a few friends over.
Kathrin built the bar from scratch. A drawing on a sheet of paper to a pile of 4cm x 4cm posts to what you see here. Pretty impressive.
And you may have noticed a shopping trolley in the pics above. To the management of Hit, we did borrow it but I brought it straight back afterwards, honest.
As usual Kathrin laid on a great spread of food. Spinach cake, spring rolls, loads of dips and lots more made sure that nobody was gonna go home hungry.
The lamp. A few people got together and bought this for Kathrin...depsite knowing that I had previously raised objections to it. A cross between Medusa and Doctor Octopus now occupies pride of place in our living room. Ok, maybe I kinda like it but don't tell anyone.
Paul & Nicole. Freshly verlobt in Turkey last week. Congraulations again guys.
Hmmm, definitely seeing a new side of Ken here.
