Service with a smile....

.... and an even bigger smile!!

For no reason other than he was passing by, this is the Fischsemmel man. Take what's basically a big piece of raw fish, stick it in a bun and away you go. Bloody gross!!

And the reason that we are all doing this.

Some minty snuff to clear the head. Notice the guy leaning against the pillar on the right of the first photo above looking bored shitless. We'll get back to him in a bit.

There she is again right in the middle of the crowd. And this time she appears to be carrying an empty glass. Don't strain yourself girl!

So, here we have Maich with the bored looking lad from earlier. Lt. William Guy of the United States Marine Corps. The boys decided to join us as clearly our table was having more fun than theirs. And we had women at our table.

Since about 8% of the IP addresses hitting this site appear to originate at US Military establishments I'm probably gonna get in trouble for this picture, but anyway this would be the ID card of the aforementioned Lt. Guy. Clearly he was on "active duty" that night.

Kathrin kissing hats for...eh...good luck or something. I dunno, it's Oktoberfest, you just gotta accept these things.

The last thing a beer sees before it goes down my throat. Ok, I'll admit that perhaps I was a little bit tipsy at this stage.

Again, service with a smile...and a bit of a mince as they walked away.

And this would be Captain Robert E. Powell of the aforementioned US Marine Corps. Nice chap.

Again, if Mr. US Government is reading, it's not my fault the ID cards are here. Well, ok it is, but you can't see any details properly anyway.

Waiters & Marines getting down to business.

Hours of fun with the "Bussi?" stickers. Big kids the feckin' lot of yez!!

Dancing is not one of the skills taught at boot camp!!!

The chiselled six-pack of a US Marine. Looks like the plastic rings holding the six-pack together might have fallen off.

You'd better go ahead and click here to see the last of the pictures from this gallery.
