I like this bar and I like it a lot. There's plenty of space so long as you get in before about 9pm and the music gets going soon after. The lighting is fairly low with a predominantly red hue which lends itself greatly to the atmosphere. On one wall is a large blue painting of, well, lots of blue. No doubt it cost a fortune as such things usually do. In fairness it's quite a nice shade of blue so perhaps it's worth it.

Any time we've been in, the live music has been excellent. The area in front of the stage is used for dancing and as the night goes on, people aren't shy about getting up and shaking their thang. I'm more of a casual observer myself and prefer to give others a chance to have a go.

Haven't tried the food yet but apparently at the moment they have a famous American chef, Rodney Lockwood at the helm. He's apparently worked in a number of other Munich night spots such as Tantris, Tabacco & others and is pretty well respected.

I have no complaints about the service, but as they mention on the menu, be aware of the fact that the spirits are served in 6cl measures. I learned that lesson on my first visit after a batch of rum n' cokes. If you're worried about getting trollied to quickly just stick to the beer. The bar staff are all blokes and for some reason they all look very similar. Let's just say that there's not a huge need for combs or shampoo amongst them. I've only seen one girl so far working in the place and she certainly lives up to the expected standard of Munich's hot waitresses.

Great atmosphere, great service and most of all great music. Go there, you won't be disappointed!
